Top 5 Dividend Stocks to Buy for 2021

Dividend stocks could be the best investments of 2021 and I’ve found five paying dividend yields more than twice the stock market average. Get your portfolio ready for 2021 with this complete investing strategy 😲 https://youtu.be/PlNOif_tBxE

Nothing beats dividend stocks when the stock market crashes. Those dividend payments are always a positive return. Even after the strong stock returns this year, dividend-paying stocks could have further to go in 2021.

That’s why I’m making dividend investing a core part of my 2021 portfolio. I’m combining the dividend stocks in this video with some great buy-and-hold stocks and some penny stocks for massive returns. Are you ready to start investing? Investing in dividend stocks means knowing which stock sectors will produce higher returns and which will give you the higher yields. I used analyst research from FactSet to find the sectors with the highest potential, then looked at which typically produce higher cash flow yields.

What I found was a great list of dividend investing targets. Stocks in financials, utilities, real estate and energy are all trading at a discount right now and pay upwards of twice the dividend yield compared to the rest of the market.

In this video, I’ll explore each of those sectors and show you why this is the best opportunity for dividend stocks in years. We’ll find the top dividend stocks in each sector and show you the catalysts for why I think they offer a great price return beyond that dividend payment.
